I was very happy to encounter Private-Listings.com when looking at internet For Sale By Owner companies - it appears you market your site aggressively. Your format is eye-pleasing, and easy to navigate. Pretty good for a relatively new site!

In addition, compared to many other sites, the quality of the photos is much superior, and for those not submitting photos, I like the concept of you using your lawn For Sale By Owner signs. The ads are clear, and can be read quickly which makes the search much easier. I'm recommending this site to others.
