Notes
- Prices are in Canadian dollars; GST applies to all projects.
- All projects require clients to send a Request For Proposal in which they will, briefly, describe their project. They will be replied to with a price quote prior to commencing the work.
- Retainers always apply. They are calculated at 40% of total project value and are to be deposited prior to commencing the work.
- All digital artwork built and guaranteed to accommodate both Windows and Mac computer systems and all print media, e.i., digital printing, screen printing, web/offset printing.
- Supplying images does not necessary account for cost discounts. At best, supplied artwork will be considered 'design suggestions', unless is required for specific reasons, e.i. is part of a corporate branding. Where that is the case, original master files - vector.ai layered.psd - need to be provided in order to preserve the integrity of the brand. Where master files are not provided, extra charges will apply and will be noted as "digital artwork recovering fee".
- Projects under development are posted on a web address assigned to each client, or e-mailed as PROOF.pdf formats.
- Projects are delivered within one week from startup date, providing that the client is promptly available to check, correct and suggest changes to the design/s under development. "Make changes" is not similar with "redesign" the concept.
